When is my order shipped?
Once the order is being placed and sent to the supplier by us (within 1 to 2 business days), it will be shipped by the supplier within 1 to 3 business days from France.
What shipping carriers do we use?
It depends on the suppliers who work with ShopFrenchy but from France to Sweden they will mainly use Colissimo International with a tracking number. The packages will be tracked and delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office if necessary (Notification from PostNord) If you order different products, you may receive several packages not at the same time. It is due to the fact that the packages are delivered by the selected different suppliers.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the carrier the supplier will choose but usually for standard international shipping from France to Sweden it may take between 6 to 10 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the package has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within the 5 business days, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Where is my package?
